Terms of Service

The rules for using our platform, including WhatsApp messaging, AI features powered by OpenAI, and connected Google services.

Effective: 2026-10-03 · Version: 2.0

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Reseller Flow at https://flow.inboxy.one (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

1. The Service

Reseller Flow is a business messaging platform for WhatsApp. It includes a shared team inbox, chatbot and flow builder, broadcasts, follow-ups, appointment booking, forms, integrations such as Google Sheets and Google Calendar, and optional AI features powered by OpenAI’s GPT models.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for your login details, for everything that happens in your workspace, and for the team members you invite. Turn on two-factor authentication to protect your account.
  • Tell us right away at hello@clickcast.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your responsibilities when messaging

  • Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honor opt-out requests promptly.
  • Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta’s terms, and all laws that apply to you, including anti-spam, consumer protection, and data protection laws.
  • You are the controller of your contacts’ data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it and for giving your contacts any notices the law requires, including that they may be talking to an automated or AI assistant.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive, fraudulent, or phishing content;
  • collect payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive data through chats, unless a feature is built for it;
  • share illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content, or content that exploits minors;
  • access other workspaces’ data, probe or bypass security controls (such as webhooks, two-factor authentication, or IP allowlists), or disrupt the Service;
  • reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without a reseller agreement with us.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

5. AI features

AI features use OpenAI’s GPT large language models (the models behind ChatGPT) through the OpenAI API. When you turn them on, the content needed to produce a reply is sent to OpenAI, as described in our Privacy Policy. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you set up your assistant, for reviewing its behaviour, and for the replies sent to your customers. You must also follow OpenAI’s usage policies. Do not use AI features for medical, legal, or financial decisions without human review.

6. Third-party services

The Service connects to third-party services such as Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, Google APIs, OpenAI, and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. When you connect Google, you authorize us to access your Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of that data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect any integration at any time. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services, including WhatsApp message pricing or policy changes by Meta.

7. Plans, trials, and payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page or agreed with your reseller.
  • Free trials end automatically. You can upgrade at any time.
  • Payments are taken by our payment processors on their own hosted checkout pages. We never store full card numbers.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta, if any, are separate.
  • Fair-use limits apply to messages, chatbot runs, AI usage, API calls, and storage, to protect the Service for everyone.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into the Service. You give us a limited permission to host, process, and transmit it only to provide and secure the Service for you. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models. You can delete your data in the app or ask us for a copy, and we delete it after account closure as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features. If a change materially reduces the Service you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first. After your account is closed, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee message delivery, which depends on WhatsApp and on recipients’ devices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your messages to your contacts, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

15. Contact
